Privacy notice

This notice is issued under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Writing via the contact channel acknowledges that you have read it. The legal basis is not bundled explicit consent.

Responding to commercial inquiries and taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request. There is no newsletter list.

There is no web form. If a form is added later, the checkbox is an I have read the notice acknowledgement, not “I agree to processing” as the sole basis. Marketing / newsletter opt-in would be a separate control; none is offered now.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell the data. Email and hosting are used to answer the request. No US form SaaS.

Rights

Rights under KVKK Art. 11 — including to learn, access, correct, and delete — are exercised via info@akillitrakya.com and the registered office. We may need to confirm identity. Requests are handled as commercial correspondence.

Writing from the contact page or to info@ means: “I have read the privacy notice. This message is a pre-contract request.”
