Why we work this way
When the till will not open, the scanner drops, or counting stops, the business stops. Managing that as a fire drill is not sustainable. We write the picture first; implementation and procurement start after scope and risk are clear. Contracted on-site support runs on a written response window and defined scope.
The founder’s prior practice
The company is a new legal entity. The founder previously held direct technical responsibility, in a separate practice, for hundreds of endpoints and dozens of virtual workloads, with no known claims, major incidents, or data breaches. That practice is not named here. We do not publish client names, logos, or identifiable site photographs.
How we work
Business goals and current-state constraints first. Ambiguous large programmes start as assessment and roadmap. Scope, assumptions, dependencies, and exclusions are written. Implementation, procurement, and ongoing support are separate commercial lines.
